Although repairs will be expensive, you can make more money from a fixed-up vehicle. Bring it to your technician and have the vehicle repaired so that it will operate again; if the vehicle has been severely damaged for a prolonged period of time, be aware that this may result in higher repair charges. To make up for the expense of repairs, you can sell your car on your own after renovation because many individuals prefer to purchase second hand (and even historic) vehicles. 

●       Make careful to properly clean the car before selling it, excluding any renovations.

●       Find out how much the repairs might cost if you're torn between renovating and trading in. Choose to have your automobile repaired rather than trading it in if the cost of repairs is less than the amount taken off for damage.

Keep auction of your used car: 

Since the auction company handles the sale, it is simple to auction a car. Locate a local auction house and make plans to get the vehicle there. The car can be inspected, valued by the auction house personnel, photographed, and given a lot and number for the sale. The auction can then continue, and you can take the proceeds from the car sale. 

Set a reserve price (or the price below which you won't sell your car) if you don't want to lose money on the transaction. Don't set a reserve when you put the car up for auction if you want it to sell. 

Even if you have a potential buyer who is willing to pay less than your reserve price, the auctioneer can assist the two of you in coming to a deal; if not, you can keep the vehicle at the auction house for a charge
